This place was hired by 1800Flowers, after I made an order with the company. I ordered a LARGE (36 Rose) bouquet to be arranged in a contemporary dome style. Not only did I not receive the order as displayed on the website ( or even close to it) they SENT me 19 Roses. When I called the florist directly and explained they messed up the arrangement, they told me I was wrong that I ordered 24. See attached pictures. Was a walk-in and had a beautiful bouquet ready within 15 minutes Amazing selection and workers have a good eye for making beautiful arrangements. I just gave them two base colors to start and then they made a beautiful large arrangement from there

I ordered flowers and the company used Royal Roses as there florist. 1st flowers were supposed to be delivered yesterday and they said delivery was missed, they never attempted delivery (checked the ring camera) got delivery today and very disappointed in the quality and arrangement for the money spent on them. Would never recommend them.

I never ordered flowers before and the owners sister was s amazing she helped me put together something beautiful for my Mother. She went out of her way to accommodate me and her and her co workers were able to deliver the flowers to Mom in a timely fashion.
