I had a very disappointing experience with Royal Rooter Plumbing. They required a video inspection, which I understood, and agreed to. After the inspection was completed, they sent me the footage, but that was the last I heard from them. I tried reaching out multiple times for follow-up or next steps, but got no response. It feels like they’re more interested in making money off these inspections than actually providing a service. Josh was able to come out the same day to clear a clogged kitchen sink. Was in and out in no time - very knowledgeable, polite, efficient and tidy! Highly recommend!!

All around excellent service. All aspects of my sewer replacement job, including initial diagnosis of the problem, and subsequent plumbing, landscaping, and concrete finishing, were completed with care and professionalism.
