fire the staff, and hire people that actually care and try to help their customers
Room was executive was missing covers, pillows, ice bucket and ac leaking all over the floor soon as I walked in. They handled it ASAP but it was during my relaxing early check in for $30 time, loud vacuum couldn’t relax or hear anything. Woulda been nice to get that charge reversed. I never received pillows because they were booked; I booked in June so I should’ve had everything. The staff is nice, they do help when asked and the hotel is in a good location behind Encore. We checked in late, after a 6 hour drive from Utah. I was a bit tired, but the clerk patiently explained to me what the policies were and guided me through the process so I could get to sleep in my nice and clean comfort room. The pool was open til midnight but I couldn’t hear any outside noise. Which will be great on a future summer trip when temperatures are still 100 degrees at night 😅

Great old fasion hotel with free shows with room key. Brulesque & Magic good vibes. If I had to say anything negative it would be the restaurant Barrymores down in the lobby. Service well there is not much service at all. Pool is very clean and peaceful never real busy with cabanas to hide from 108 degree weather. Just know that now they charge 25.00 for early check- in they didn't always do that. Stayed there a few times that was a first for me oh and 100.00 deposit you get it back when you check out but plan on being down ... read more
This is a wonderful hotel with a lovely vintage feel! Great shows in the Majestik Theater with fantastic local entertainers!
Great place to see Elvis, we really enjoyed the small intimate spot.
