No reserven!!! Pésima administración, ni considerando la contingencia médica me quisieron ayudar a poder cambiar mi fecha, mejor prefieren robarse mi dinero.... Aparte me están llegando micro cobros super raros por parte de él hotel... Do not book!! Worst administration ever, they did not wanted to take any consideration, I could not asist my reservation because of the quarentine and they didnt wanted to help me to not lose my money... And also they are making me micro charges of 1 dólar.

Do you enjoy being charged and accused for damage you didn't make? Well, if you do, this is the hotel for you! They will take your money without an issue and no manager can speak to you since the people at the desk aren't authorized to do much but overcharge your card for crap you sure has hell didn't not break. So if you're feeling like you have too much money and want to donate to this run down place so they can maybe one day fix there dirty broken down pool (or so they can continue to grow green mold/algae) in it..BOOK YO... read more
We stayed there from February 2-6th. I was a bit unhappy with the room when we got there no phone refrigerator tv wasn’t working and a few other problems so the next morning we asked for a different room a the problem was handle in a timely fashion. The front desk clerks were very nice helpful and generous to all of our needs. I give them an A+ and would most definitely stay there again.
They denied our stay, and refused to return our $100 deposit! Do not stay on this hotel

After reading people's reviews I was a bit worried.. But after staying we had nothing to worry about had the best night's sleeps the best swims and a hot shower what more could you ask for... We will definitely recommend to friends and family.. Thank you for a wonderful stay.. First timers to Las Vegas family of 4...
