Not bad. Clean room. Thermostat/heater didn't work. Convenience of Ross, Walgreens, Denny's, and 7- Eleven, right across the street. Easy access. They need a pre-check in service. They had our last name, first name backwards in the system. New Years Eve day check in. They scared the hell out of us at 11:30am, and again at 2:30pm, when two different check in clerks couldn't find JAMES, reservation. Took five years off my wife's life. This "Resort" is ok at best. Out dated appliances, furniture, decor, ceilings. Next, there's a bar downstairs with pool table of which not in use. Maid service staff can't put together simple math...2 guests 1 room equals 2 coffees, 2 coffee accessories packages, 2 cups! Mentioned to front desk over and over but didn't go far. Will never stay at this hotel again!! Save yourself from frustrating and rude hotel staff, outdated rooms, toilets that don't flush, thermostats that only work when they want to and elevators that you may or may not get stuck in. Not to mention, it's extremely loud on this street. Book somewhere else if you are looking for a good Vegas experience.
The pictures are very deceiving. The carpet is disgusting. Everything is out dated. The tub takes an hour to drain. The toilet doesn't flush. And in the other part of the suite, the A/C thermostat did not work so the A/C never shut off and it was freezing. Will never stay here again.
