DON'T BUY! phone lines don't work, their email "isn't up" and hasn't been for months, I bought a body pillow on 12/8/2025 DECEMBER. It's currently 2/13/2026 now, no response or shipping in sight, website says give 3-4 weeks, it's been a lot longer. It is very frustrating to have no way to check in the real status or even talk to someone to get a confirmation that they're aware. Do NOT BUY on the website. This is alleged fraud. I have filed a case with the BBB in hopes for an answer.

Can't get any answers from phone line. I get a voice mail saying to email to get a reply.

They deserve 10 stars. I have bought 100% Hungarian Down pillows (800 fill power) for every member of the family including 5 grandchildren - total of 8 including me. Everyone sleeps so much better. I have washed mine several times and it comes out close to new and fresh again. The materials used are of the highest quality. These pillows are sold and shipped at very reasonable prices. I love my Royal Pillow body pillow! You have to call to order. It was worth the trouble to place an order over the phone. Knowledgeable staff guided me to the size and down-feather mix that would suit my preference - and my wallet. I got a HUGE, fabulous pillow for a super reasonable price. Because the website seems outdated, and on the Contact page it says their email doesn't work, I was a little worried that Royal Pillow wouldn't be a legitimate business, or perhaps it would be wholesale only. CANNOT GET A HOLD OF ANYONE. all phone lines are “busy” no one will respond to emails. We placed an order online and there were no issues and we actually liked the product so much we wanted to order them in Bulk. When I called to set up wholesale pricing every phone line was busy, e-mail doesn’t work, their toll free number is disconnected. We wanted to do more business with this company but getting a hold of them is IMPOSSIBLE.
