We pop in from time to time for drinks! I could not recommend this place more! Our favorite place in our own backyard!!! The property is like stepping back in time in a different country. Customer service is unequalled in any Hyatt property we’ve visited worldwide. From Maddy, Nick, and Alanis greeting guests to Eric & Tim behind the bar at MixUp to Alicia, Ernesto, and Francisco attending to your every need in T Cooks to Danielle’s omnipresence — bright, cheerful, and enthusiastic. Loved the casita and the suites. Royal is an experience to be had. Can’t wait to come back.
