The best Doctor I've ever had, they got my pain level down and the best it has been in about 3 years. I wished I had started seeing them way before I did.. They are the greatest and they really care about you.
I've been going for years and they have always listened and helped my pain level. Love Dr. Downey but have been seen by Melanie and now Lauren and love them all and there physical therapist is best I've been to ever!

From the moment I walk in the door, I feel cared for. From the staff in the front, to the triage nurses, to the PA that I see, Lauren Obelak (forgive me if I misspell your name, Lauren), everyone meets me with a smile and they all care about my well-being. They don't just do their jobs, they care about their patients. There is love there, and they don't teach that in medical school.
We always have an option to go anywhere we want, it's when you keep coming back again and again year after year that really makes a statement. This staff rocks it! Nothing pretentious. Nothing fake. They literally remember you from one visit to the next. More important to me was they always ask about my kitty's. Don't mind seeing my pictures of them either. And they share their's too. Dr.Downey is a great guy. He has an awesome staff. If you have to live with pain, you don't have to be miserable. Thanks Royal Pain Center.
DR, DOWNEY IS GREAT. HE HAS HELPED ME SO I CAN FUNCTION DAILY. I DO NOT KNOW WHAT I WOULD DO WITHOUT HIM OR MELANIE. THE WHOLE STAFF IS GREAT! THANK YOU ... DOES NOT SEEM TO BE ENOUGH FOR WHAT YOU HAVE DONE FOR ME.
