Great practice. Everyone involved in the practice is compassionate and caring. We recently had our beagle put to sleep, and everyone involved could not have been more compassionate. Thank you Dr. G and your staff.
Even tho he was crabby we got a clean bill of health for my baby boy. Thanks to the team at Royal oaks vet hospital for being so good with him. We both appreciated it very much.
First time to have my dog Bella treated at this facility, and was extremely impressed. All of the staff that we encountered were very courteous, professional, and compassionate. Visit lasted about an hour and a half. This was not due to them being slow or lackadaisical, but the fact that they were so thorough and attentive. Doctor Giangreco's exam was so detail oriented that he spent some time walking around outside with us so that he could observe her gait. We have taken our dogs here for years and the last visit may be our last. We took a very sick dog in and after about $1000 worth of test we still had no clue of why our dog wasn't eating or reacting at all. The vet never called us back, after promising to, and the only suggestion was to try another test.
My dog had vomiting and diarrhea and everyone took such good care of my Roxy.
It should be....Royal Oaks FAMILY Veterinary Hospital...because they are truly FAMILY to us and our baby, Lightning, would have been gone two years ago if it weren't for ALL of their efforts. From the bottom of our hearts..."THANK YOU!" Love, Lightning, Donna and George
After visiting many clinic around this is the first one that my dog actually likes to go to. The staff and dr are super nice and loving. Makes me feel safe in bringing my girl here.
