We have been taking our furbabies to Royal Oaks for several years now, and we have had nothing but amazing service by the friendly caring staff.
I have been coming here since September 2019 and cannot say nicer things. Previously I was going to Banfield but because of the corporate attitude they seemed more interested in return visits and added expenses. While Royal Oaks is not cheap I like the fact it is locally owned and operated. The staff is so very caring and Dr. G spends all the time you need to fully address your questions and concerns. I can’t thank them enough for taking such great care of myself and my family as we said goodbye to our dear Britt! During the pandemic their policies have changed and you have to remain in your car during the treatment and care of your dog. However, they stepped up big time and let myself and my dad come inside during her final moments. The staff was very friendly and professional! The care of our two sick dogs was great but the fees were exorbitant, especially the fecal exams. Almost $100 for two tests per dog. Definitely inflated prices. We are retired and on a fixed income. Not sure if we are going back there,
Royal Oaks is absolutely amazing! We just moved to Clermont this summer and had not found a good vet for our dogs. I called Royal Oaks to see about getting my dog seen for an allergy issue with her skin and they got me in the same day prescribed her antibiotics and medication and within 24 hours my dog looked amazing all the redness has gone away and she was not scratching every two seconds. I am so happy with going to Royal Oaks veterinary Hospital!
the vet spent lots of time with our dog. Her recommendation was a big help and it cured our dogs problem. the waiting room and exam room very clean. staff very friendly.
This was my first visit and I was totally impressed. Everyone was friendly and helpful and I felt they were definitely concerned with my dog’s problems. I would definitely recommend them.
All the team members were very kind and very helpful as I'm vision impaired and they guided me and took great care of Duke even brought out a blanket for the tile floor since it was 50ﾟ and cold here in Clermont Florida just so professional
