RecommendedIn 25 adult years of owning pets, the staff all of the staff here were simply amazing ! When you call, check in , the techs, even follow up next day calls. I am so happy to have found this office.
They always treat my dogs like family!! I haven’t been with them long but the way they take care of my dogs I will always come back!! Highly recommended!!
I have had 2 of our fury family members go here. 😍❤️ Buddy was given so much love and attention. Just got a new puppy Aussie and they totally fell in love with him (as we did) 😂😁😊 and gave him all the attention needed. Everyone there is amazing And YES they follow up with you too !!!!! 5 stars hands down.
Everyone and I mean everyone at Royal Oaks Veterinary Hospital rock. When my dog wags her tail as she's lead into the lobby, makes herself comfortable and wags her tail again as she's being lead into the exam room, then I know she likes everyone, too! And they love her. She gets such great care.
The staff is phenomenal! They truly care about my dog, Hailey. It didn't take her very long to feel comfortable and let Dr. G. take a look at her. Love you guys to the max!!
I moved to Windermere February 2018. My fur baby Rudy, (11 yr old Samoyed), started whining and yelping in pain last Friday. After trying to find a vet locally, Royal Oaks was the only place I could get him into immediately that was capable of surgery if necessary. It turned out to be his hips, and we have started laser treatment. Royal Oaks was very caring and professional. They called me on Saturday to check on how he was doing! I have been taking my Dog here for years but, over the last few visits it has felt like the prices were through the roof. About three weeks ago I got all his vaccinations done and to take extra precaution they recommended getting the flu influenza shot and I did. They did advise me that I would have to come back in a few weeks to get a booster which I thought was included in the cost but, to my surprise I get there today and I had to pay more for the booster but I did for the first shot.
