RecommendedMoved in 2005, and I could not have found any place better to live and enjoy my Retirement for the rest of my life. The Villa Maria is a safe and beautiful place to live. The staff is all very good and friendly people.

RecommendedMy wife and I just signed a n+1ew one year lease at Cypress Lake Apts. We are senior citizens and recently sold our house and downsized. The staff here are fantastic. Any maintenance request have been handled the same day. Maintenence personnel are professional and knowledgeable. The office personnel a dolls, all are professional and super friendly. I would recommend Cypress Lake Apt to anyone looking for a quite friendly well maintained apartment. The grounds and landscaping are also outstanding.
RecommendedKelli and Sam are awesome! I’ve had no problems since moving here. It’s quiet, clean, maintenance responds quickly and overall I feel safe (which was a big thing for me). I have no complaints! 😊
I have lived here almost 5 years. It has only gotten better since Kelli Spiehler took over as manager. She goes above and beyond to take care of the residents and the property. She went out in the rain one day to rescue my cat when he had gotten out and I couldn't be here. I will be forever grateful for that. The staff is APlus.
It's a nice place to live and feels like home but why does the rent go up every time I re new the lease? My rent went from $675 to $695 to $710 and now starting in August its gonna be $730������
