I always have the most amazing experiences here for my dental work! Dr Fraser and Aysuda have always been so great to have and make me feel at home. The front reception girls are always so friendly and warming to talk to as well! From what used to be a nervous experience at other dentist became an exciting and amazing experience at Oak street dental! Thank you so much!!!!
I’m very disappointed with this clinic. My insurance covers one full cleaning, but they divided my cleaning into multiple sessions without telling me beforehand. During the first check-up, no one mentioned it would take 2–3 visits because it had been a while since my last cleaning. I only found out later when I had to pay extra out of pocket. Feels like they did this just to charge more. Very poor communication and not transparent at all.
Went in for a diagnosis of discomfort, as usual Dr Johnson and the oak street dental team were very thorough.
