I recently got the “relax spa pedicure.” Overall in enjoyed it. But during the wax treatment they stick your whole foot in a communal vat of hot wax. I should have said no but I did it, then the technician next to me offered it to her client and she rightfully refused after just seeing my feet dipped in the same tub of wax with no changing it out. The wax treatment should be single use per client and I shudder to think how many feet were dipped in that thing throughout the day. Other than that, standard pedicure experience.

I used to come to Royal Nails specifically for Jessica, and she was amazing! I had to move away unexpectedly for school and haven’t been back in a while, but every time I get my nails done elsewhere, I think about the experience I had here. I rarely go back to the same nail tech—or even the same salon—but Royal Nails is the one place I would always return to. Truly the best in RI! Insanely overpriced and they do an awful job. I took my niece yesterday and they charged $25 for her nails (she’s 5) and 3 have chipped in less than 24 hours. Very rushed, poor quality, and the blonde woman at the front is rude.
