I have been a loyal customer here for years and have always loved the quality of the work. I usually get dipping powder, and while I’m happy to pay the standard $10 fee to get extensions on my nails to make them longer, my experience yesterday was frustrating. I was charged an additional $5 “shaping fee” without any prior notice, which I’ve never been charged for a basic shape here before. I got a full gel set with a french manicure, and a relax spa pedicure. With those services, comes a wonderful massage. I highly recommend this place!

So I had been coming to this location for years. At first they were great…. That all changed. Last time I went there the used a buffer on the tops of my feet that cut me up so bad it looked like road rash and as it was happening I begged her to stop and the tech didn’t. She also said it’s “normal” as my skin started to blister. They gave me half hearted apology as I started bleeding and I tried to just take it in stride. 10/10 best pedicure I’ve ever gotten, and I’ve gotten a lot in the past few years. My husband and I came for a little New Year’s Eve treat and we left feeling amazing. We got the lavender pedicure which was delightful and the 10 minute should massage after was incredible. If we happen to find ourselves in the area again, we will absolutely be back.
