I have been a loyal customer here for years and have always loved the quality of the work. I usually get dipping powder, and while I’m happy to pay the standard $10 fee to get extensions on my nails to make them longer, my experience yesterday was frustrating. I was charged an additional $5 “shaping fee” without any prior notice, which I’ve never been charged for a basic shape here before. I got a full gel set with a french manicure, and a relax spa pedicure. With those services, comes a wonderful massage. I highly recommend this place!
So I had been coming to this location for years. At first they were great…. That all changed. Last time I went there the used a buffer on the tops of my feet that cut me up so bad it looked like road rash and as it was happening I begged her to stop and the tech didn’t. She also said it’s “normal” as my skin started to blister. They gave me half hearted apology as I started bleeding and I tried to just take it in stride.
