My daughter and I went for pedicure I had Tylor he was great my daughter had a lady her name started with L she left her 10 times to answer phones and check people in She did not get the service she paid for and I confronted her about it she said that they had no receptionist okay if you going to do that yourself then don’t be working on someone’s nails and she cut them to the quick she should be sued
I had to wait 10 mins before she came to do my nails. The water was cold the entire time. She kept leaving to welcome people and answer phone calls. Never massaged my legs or feet or put towels on my legs. My toes were cut to the quick and hurt. Don’t think I’ll ever go back. Worst service and didn’t even discount me. Only made excuses of she is the only receptionist and nail tech.
Had such a wonderful time, havnt gotten my nails done in two years and it was such a nice treat. **update*** I’ve recently come back after a break and they’re still amazing I’ve had Ricky and Summer and both were so great and gentle
I'm glad I discovered this place. They are efficient and customer service oriented. I really felt relaxed after leaving there and the mani pedi lasts. I was very pleased with how both my hands and my feet felt and looked after being pampered. They don't make you feel rushed.
I got a great pedicure.
