Came in for gel mani/ once I saw who it was she had done before I said forget the gel just remove old gel and do a regular mani. My nails were long I said short but who in their right mind does THIS- look at pics!! I’m so disappointed- I’ve never had this happened, I stood and left bc she wanted to continue filing them. I’ve never wanted to make someone feel bad but she has to know this was wrong. 30$ to the garbage
Sadly now on my do not go list. Had to redo both toes and one hand due to bad color matching. I was over charged at check out but assured the prices were right (my sister had the same services, added tips and a special shape and was charged $30 less)
Conveniently located 3 minutes where I live and very welcoming! They make sure you’re comfortable and don’t rush you. Samantha was so sweet to my Daughter and welcomed her with open arms, was every patient with her! She hadn’t stopped showing people her nails since.
I was a walk-in customer and just asked for a gel repaint of french tip. A lady was able to take me right away which I appreciate. I stated multiple times that I only want a repaint, no fill or shape changes, seconds later she begins to cut down my nails for them to be shorter. When she was filing/drilling my nails she was constantly cutting and filing my skins off to the point where I was bleeding on 2 nails and yet my nail shape is still uneven on multiple areas.
