Waited 40 minutes to get anything even started and other people would walk in and they would help them.
did not get serviced even tho they told me twice that someone was going to come and help me i’ve been sitting here since 6:18 and there’s still people here who came at the same time as me who got serviced. horrible. it’s currently 7:14 waiting for a ride while writing this.
This was my first time at this shop, due to a recommendation. Nora did my nails and at first it was okay. I realized that one of the nails began lifting the next day, so I returned to the shop. The manager asked who did my nails & Nora lied about doing the service to avoid having to fix it (the manager confirmed from the check in system that she in fact did do my nails). I’m visiting from NC and Googled the closest nail salon. It was such a perfect choice! Tee was my technician and she did a fantastic job. Greeter was super sweet and the salon was classy. I’d do it again!
