I went to shop to have manicure with gel polish on 6/22 for the fordt time, out of convenience due to work schedule and my job just down the street from the shop. Today is 6/30. Gel polish started peeling off 2 days ago. I've used gel polish for years and it always lasts 3+ weeks, when I go to have it removed due to nail growth and wanting a different color. Everytime I request for Hailey she turns me down and Hannah who works at check-in is not friendly at all. The older guys can’t do nails. Where is the owner Son he needs to clean up house with young talented nail artist this place was not like this when they opened!

Horrible experience!!! And this is the 2nd time. Both times I asked the technician to not sue such force when using the drill. The first one literally yelled at me and the owner moved me to a different seat. Today, they wouldn’t do the color I requested and she kept rolling her eyes at me, when I asked for a creamy white. She was being very rough with my hands and the drilling. It’s very overpriced for the service you get, and I will never go back.
