Workers were great but management and how they handle things are awful. I’ve spent good money there, for a long time and unfortunately will not be back. Just truly has never been the same since ownership changed. Really really sad.

the atmosphere completely changed once new ownership took place. they are always rushing never prep the nails right and they dont last over a week. i went in today and was going to get a soak off and new acrylic set done, I went in they started ripping my nails off. also ruined my natural nails that I’ve been growing out. Didn’t even take all the acrylic off and was about to put new nails on. so i just left and they didn’t say anything. My daughter is a tomboy and she doesn’t like polish she just wanted a pedicure. She is 13. Her nail tech decided to say in a room full of people that her mother doesn’t love her over $20 when my daughter DIDNT want paint on her feet that wasn’t a choice of mines. Then asks her where is her daddy when he is deceased. I will be reporting and I will not stop until I get this place shut down.
