Horrible experience!!! And this is the 2nd time. Both times I asked the technician to not sue such force when using the drill. The first one literally yelled at me and the owner moved me to a different seat. Today, they wouldn’t do the color I requested and she kept rolling her eyes at me, when I asked for a creamy white. She was being very rough with my hands and the drilling. It’s very overpriced for the service you get, and I will never go back.
Amazing service and nails! Just they should update the music playing and instead of the same song on loop and maybe use fans to catch the dust from acrylics. My nail tech was very funny, nice, and talented so I recommend!
My nail ladies were very nice and did a great job. The only issue is the same song playing the entire time. It is a great song but hearing it over and over again was starting to drive me crazy. Please update the playlist
Came here today (5/8/26) and waited for 40 minutes. Finally was called to get my nails done and the male nail tech said “hold on one minute” and walked over to do another woman’s pedicure. I left. Very unprofessional. This would have been my first time coming here but I will never come back.
Waited 40 minutes to get anything even started and other people would walk in and they would help them.
