We had good service from Rachel when purchasing our new Mazda CX-5. She was very friendly and helpful and got us through the process just fine. All the staff was friendly and helpful and we are loving our new CX-5.

My experience with Daniel Brumble was excellent. He contacted me about my car right away and offered me my asking price for it. I was initially skeptical, but everything was so easy and fast. I gave him all the information he requested before bringing him my car and he had everything ready to go. The entire process took about 5-7 minutes when I arrived at the dealership. I would definitely recommend working with him at this dealership. I am very happy with the service.

We just sold my daughters 2016 Hyundai Elentra to Royal Moore. Dan was professional and approachable. The process took about an hour and the best part, he gave me $1500 more than 3 other dealerships wanted to give me. I highly recommend Royal Moore

I purchased a used Mazda there a while ago. It has since been traded in on a new vehicle. I have been given the run around for months regarding an extended warranty cancellation. All the documents needed.. warranty cancellation form signed, copy of title with lien holder signing off and copy of odometer signed by myself and the other dealership sent in with original request.
