Very helpful staff. They listened to what we wanted and were patient as we made up our mind. Rachel Starr and Cameron were very helpful. Rachel went above and beyond as we kept changing our minds on which car we actually wanted.
I was helping a friend shop for a car and she was going through a move and a loss of her husband so making decision was a little harder than usual. Tristen was so helpful and understanding to her situation. We were able to get her a fantastic deal on a brand new Mazda CX-5. Everyone we worked with start to finish was kind and helpful. No pressure was given to buy a new or used vehicle and she worked with her to make the best decision for her. I would definitely recommend Royal Moore!
Visits to dealership can be tiring. I spent a lot of hours to find the car that I wanted in my budget. Tristen was not only helpful but also very patient with my decisions and she really tried hard to find a perfect car for me. I came out the door with the car I fell in love with!
Tristen was so great to work with! We weren’t sure what we even wanted when we came in, but she patiently worked with us and helped us decide on a car that we loved instead of being like a typical pushy car salesperson trying to get us to buy a car we didn’t like. It’s so nice to see women working at a car dealership!
Start to finish we had a fantastic experience with purchasing a used Mazda CX-5 from Royal Moore.
