Very Calm Environment
The receptionist here are very disrespectful and unprofessional. I call earlier today to get a client of mine on the online call as we were waiting for a while on the zoom call and the receptionist straight up told me that I am lying and we have not been waiting on the call . She proceeded to use mean words and hang up the phone . This is the 2nd time this has happened and I am stunned as to why a person like that would be working in customer service. I don’t know her name but she was on call on 07/03/24 @around 1pm.
