When we moved in we put in a maintenance order for our threshold on the backdoor and it was never fixed, we also had mold growing on our bathroom ceiling that was there when we moved in and we kept addressing the issue to them and they’d literally just spray paint over it and it’s keep coming back every time, and also our living room window would leak every time it rained making the floor warp, again we addressed the issue to them and never had anything happen.
