All future buyers and sellers beware. This brokerage is not dependable. Their negotiation tactics are petty. Nearly causing the deal to fall through. Rebuttals were received after established deadlines. Commitments prior to closing were not met. Any correspondence recieved was poorly worded and unprofessional. A one star review is more than generous for this level of service. The receptionist was the only professional in this establishment.
