I'd give 10 stars if I could. Rob is a good friend but an even better realtor and helped me hugely with the sale of my co-op property. Co-ops are hard to come by these days and Rob explained everything I needed to know, and I ended up getting way more than I thought I ever could. Professional but at the same time has a great sense of humour to make the process not seem so burdensome. He just made everything easy and stress-free and I can see why he's rated as a top agent in Canada. Thanks Rob and the whole Scanlan Team!!
Rob is an incredible Real Estate Agent, and also a wonderful person. Over the years that we have known him, he's been consistently reliable, honest, and responsive - someone that you can trust to help you make big decisions. He always takes the time to hear out what is important to you, and to keep you informed. I would recommend his services to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the HRM area!
Rob is a great realtor and was very attentive and responsive when we worked with him. He always answered our questions and was able to relax any stresses we had. In the end we found a home that we love. When we sell we will call Rob 10 Stars
