Shame on this staff. Avoid if you value respectful service. My husband and I came in yesterday for pedicures, and it was easily the worst experience we’ve ever had. For the entire duration of our visit, the technicians were chatting loudly in Vietnamese. Assuming we couldn't understand them, they openly and repeatedly mocked my husband, referring to him as "the fat man"—made incredibly obvious by the fact that he was the only man in the entire salon. Today was my first time going to Royal Lavender, and I highly recommend! I am healing from achilles tendon repair surgery, and my nail artist was extremely gentle and accommodating to ensure I had a pleasant experience getting a pedicure. I got the Ice Dancer mani/pedi combo, and they were both so nice and relaxing! Both of my nail artists did a wonderful job and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. I will definitely be coming back!
Came in for a package 1, head spa! It was super relaxing and enjoyed. They started right away with no delay.

My mom and I came in for a head spa and we had service with Lily and Tram. They were WONDERFUL! The massages were amazing, they really were so attentive to make sure we were relaxed and comfortable the entire time, they were so receptive to any requests or needs and provided the most relaxing experience ever!
