We're new to the Tucson area and took our Land Rover Defender in to Royal Land Rover for a minor seal leak. Travis in their Service Department couldn't have been more helpful. Excellent communication, incredibly friendly, great actual service work on the vehicle (it was diagnosed and repaired quickly), and they even arranged a Lyft from the airport to pick it up when it was done. Great stuff.
Had a great experience at the dealership. Service was preformed in the time expected and the guys did a great job. Justin was especially helpful with information and explanations.
Excellent customer service. They took care of my issue no questions. Leslie is a very good sales rep.
