With over a $1100 service at Royal LandRover, and the usual courtesy car not being provided, the service bill contained a $38 charge for a Lyft ride home. I normally use Uber, but since LandRover was providing the ride home, I could not possibly imagine they would put the charge on my bill, buried in all the other charges. We have been loyal customers since 2018 so this is really a sad outcome. Plus a phone call we made to discuss the charge, leaving a message, was never returned. Just beware.
Today my 8/10 year old boys and I walked into this dealership to browse a bit while our vehicle was getting an oil change across the street. We were greeted by a woman who was at the front desk . She was very nice and got up and walked over as we walked in. I advised we were just browsing and that we were waiting on an oil change elsewhere.
