We have just completed our 8th purchase at Royal Landrover. We love this place. Everyone knows us and treats us "Royally." We keep coming back because we love Range Rovers and we love the people who work there.
Just wow. Walked in to check things out. Not a single worker was available apparently. People sitting in the offices but nope, not even after I walked up. Had to grab some older gentlemen in his office to help me. While two stood by the other door just chit chatting, looking over at me occasionally but doing nothing. Ya. Won't be returning to this location.
Louis was very courteous, friendly and professional. So happy we found somewhere to service our E-pace. Thank you.
