Very professional…they always have a loaner ready and on time for me when I service my car since I go up from Nogales
Our service experience went exactly according to plan. We dropped the car off at 9:00 am and we were able to retrieve the car later in the afternoon. All services that we requested were completed and and more. Fernando, the service manager, has really turned the service department around from where it was a few years ago. Sharp, professional and on top of it! Thanks

Travis, our service advisor, was polite, friendly and professional. He went abive and beyond to make sure we were happy with the experience. He called us a Lyft to take us to the mall while we waited, offered food and beverages, checked in, and was communicative.
