Robert is very nice and easy to work with, however, there is no pride in the work his crew does. 99% of the job had to be redone/ fixed because they made careless mistakes and were extremely sloppy. He was not on the job majority of the time supervising his crew. He disappeared at the end of the job after I paid him with the understanding there were still things that needed to be fixed. In the end things came out nice but It wasn't worth the headache.
RecommendedRobert and crew did an amazing bathroom renovation. We are so thrilled! The crew did a great job keeping the dust from the rest of the house. They cleaned up every day. Robert was always on time and available for questions by phone. The same crew worked on the room from start to finish. The job was completed when promised. This was so important to us having only one bathroom. We can't say enough about how beautiful our new bathroom looks!

Robert and his crew were fast, efficient, and very reasonably priced. We were extremely happy with our bathroom renovations. Bathroom was finished in 6 days.
Robert and his crew recently renovated my very outdated (circa 1960's) kitchen and what a transformation! It's hard to believe it's the same kitchen! I love it!! Everything arrived on time and I remained within my budget which is often rare with most construction jobs today. When it came time to choose materials I was assisted by his lovely wife in their Lake Grove shop. I had my bathroom upstairs redone.Robert and his men were great! They were prompt, professional and very courteous. The work they did was amazing and came out beautiful! I highly recommend Robert and his men.
When we went to Royal Kitchens and Bath we had in our minds a design that we had laid out in our minds for years! After meeting Ying and Alex, we knew we had the right designers. After laying out our kitchen and bathroom very specifically. We then sat down with the designer- Bill and that was the only low spot in the whole project.
