I had a very positive experience at RJH- Emergency. The staff were incredibly accommodating, professional, and efficient. Despite the busy environment—which is expected in an emergency setting—they remained attentive and made sure patients were cared for properly. The wait time was around 5 hours, but honestly, it’s understandable when you see how dedicated and hardworking the emergency staff are. Absolutely horrible service. The medical "professionals" should be ashamed of themselves and find new jobs if you dont want to help people. Should bot take 6+ hours to even look at someone with injuries

I came in for a Paxlovid prescription because I am immune compromised and I have covid. I was advised to use a telus health app to get the prescription via telehealth instead of face an 8 hour wait. After getting home and downloading the app, and spending an unreasonable amount of time reading online documentation, it appears that this service is not actually available through it.

It’s understandably hard to have a good experience while waiting in the ER. Any ER for that matter. Too many people and things going on at the same time. Not to mention being unstaffed to a certain degree. Myself, my wife and my kids have all had tough times and long waits in the ER. No stranger to that reality. It’s what we don’t see behind the scenes while waiting in the ER that’s important to keep in mind. Beyond the walls, doors and curtains of the waiting room there is an entire world of ER goings on.
