Going to one of the scariest places on Earth today. It has bright shiny things that make Honeybunch light up and smile from ear to ear. The selection is over the top and the service is second to none. She will find something that no one else would every offer since she loves one off pieces. A shout out to Royal Jewelers in Andover Ma. After injuring her ring finger in a fall, my mom's knuckle swelled up and the ring had to be cut off. They could not have been nicer and gave excellent service. She literally had a team working on her finger! A special thanks to Gil for treating it like the urgent situation it was and to Fang for magically getting the ring apart without hurting my mom. We will be back to repair and resize the ring and for all our jewelry needs.
I have known Paula and Steve and some of older staff since Essex Street days. Have never been disappointed in customer service or purchases. So happy and congratulations on your Editors' Choice Winner award, you deserve it. <3
