I wanted the perfect birthday gift for my daughter's special birthday. I looked in several jewelry stores but came back to Royal Jewelers for I just couldn't find anything elsewhere I liked as well. They staff was not only kind and understanding of what I was trying to accomplish and I am most appreciative of their help.
Beautiful jewelry and huge selection of David Yurman. When I called to check on the status of my ring being repaired I was told rudely “if it was ready I would have texted you” by the receptionist. She checked and what do you know it was ready for me to be picked up. Customer service was lacking on her part but the other salesperson was very attentive and pleasant and the ring came out perfectly.
