We were told at the time of purchase that we could return the item within 7 days. I just attempted to return the purchase today 3 days after purchasing and was told I could exchange only. I would have NEVER purchased something for just an exchange. This is NO way to do business. There are NO signs showing their return/exchange policy either - we were told one thing and now are being told something different. BEWARE!

My necklace has started to come apart the links are falling apart .The representative agree to send it off to get repaired when it came back three weeks later it still wasn’t repair then they agree to try it again three weeks I was not accommodate in anyway I paid $860 for a necklace that is falling apart as the color is changing 🤬
