I was so happy with the staff at this location in Tucson, nothing but professional and kind. Im not from Tucson and only needed a service on my Evoque. I went in with a quote that was more than fair, and was really expecting the up sale, however instead when my car was ready ( which was in a very reasonable time) I was given a discount. I really really recommend this place for honest and welcoming vibes. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.
DONE WITH THIS SERVICE DEPT!!! 5 months and my car is still not fixed! Lie after lie, and they NEVER call you back or advise what the status is..... It's been over another month after i was told they can get the part needed (after I found the part for them @ the N.J. warehouse) and over a month later, I still don't know if they got the part, if it even fixed the issue, or any status.. Earlier this year I traded my 2022 Ford Ranger for a 2020 CPO Mercedes E350. I worked exclusively with Jackie on the transaction and it went exceptionally well and all parties got what they wanted! We have always been very fortunate to have Travis Robinson as our service advisor. Over the last several years, Travis has gone beyond what you would expect and has seen to our Jaguars every need. Thanks Travis!
I have been with Royal Jaguar for vehicle service many years. My latest visit is also a good experience. My service advisor Justin Padilla is very professional and communicative. My jaguar has a very slow coolant leak, which may be hard to diagnostics. They did a thorough check to find a leak in the auxiliary radiator. I highly recommend them for Jaguar Services!
