Earlier this year I traded my 2022 Ford Ranger for a 2020 CPO Mercedes E350. I worked exclusively with Jackie on the transaction and it went exceptionally well and all parties got what they wanted! I have been with Royal Jaguar for vehicle service many years. My latest visit is also a good experience. My service advisor Justin Padilla is very professional and communicative. My jaguar has a very slow coolant leak, which may be hard to diagnostics. They did a thorough check to find a leak in the auxiliary radiator. I highly recommend them for Jaguar Services!
My Jaguar service rep at Royal, Travis Robinson, always does a great job servicing my 2016 Jaguar F-Type. He is extremely knowledgeable, dedicated and determined to get my car serviced properly and timely. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else. Thank you, Travis!
