Terrible health system Canada has, completely broken. Stayed in the Galardi tower high observation ward for couple weeks and then the main ward for a week and I needed mental help and doctor didn’t really do anything except put me on wait list for some therapy and at end of the week I was to be discharged when I needed help still and if I didn’t go they said to my pick up they would of called a taxi and send me to a homeless shelter. I had daycare surgery and was invited to stay overnight due to travel and care concerns. The entire staff from housekeeping to surgeon was frankly overwhelming to me. Dr Janusz, (Surgeon),Ryan and Mark (antithesios), Nurses Wendy, Dawn and Shane were very attentive, personal and professional. I felt so confident under their care. I recovered very quickly with little need of drugs. The friendly caring manner and cleanliness was top notch in my experienced history.
