Went in for an injured wrist after a snowboarding incident up at Sun Peaks. All staff were extremely careful and kind. They offered the quickest care to the best of their abilities despite a busy waiting room. So grateful for their help.
Quick n polite staff.
Anywhere between 4 to 10 hours of wait in emergency is normal. Half the times doctor are not even available, worse than any 3rd world country. Medical system is a joke. If I could give negative stars, I would.
When Trying to give one an I V. It shouldn't take 8 TRIES!!!! get a smaller needle. You SHOULDN'T be a NURSE!!!! Shame on you. That's torture to a patient who has been through soooo many surgeries!!!! 🔥 Update!! Patient is back in hospital with kidney infection and pneumonia.Shame on you doctor!!!! You should be FIRED!!!! If this patient came from lots of money he would never have been released early!!!!
Went in concerned about high blood pressure, hypertension headhache, dizziness, blurred vision, numbness, essentially at risk of a stroke, they don't even take your blood pressure! The emergency waiting room is terrifying, the experience and imagery is like something out of a dystopian novel, I walked out of this dump as soon as I turned the corner and saw the waiting room which is a sardine can of 40 people and no seats.
