My son was scheduled for a broken ankle surgery on Friday July 31, 2026 at 8:30am. We were sent there by the emergency department from Williams Lake. When we showed up he wasn't even in their system!!! Sent us to Orthopedic and still no file! It is now Sunday Aug 2 and STILL NO SURGERY!!! THEY KEEP PUSHING HIM OFF!!! I'm at my whits end with this!! No one to talk to other than the nurses which are super nice. Not their fault. But we were scheduled for 3rd slate today and they pushed him again!
