New to the Area Cindy and Kim was really welcoming. They were able to inform me of the local schools and made the entire moving experience a smooth process for me. My apartment is clean and the environment is lovely and just a walk down the beach
Do not move here if you’re military. Sure the security deposit is free but if you need to move out before your lease for military reasons, they don’t mind charging you a whole $2,000 in damages once you move out. All I left was a few food items and my cats left scratches on the door frame. Very nice to have this type of send off once I was released from active duty.
Surprisingly quiet and affordable considering they’re located by the beach and in a touristy area. Pet, military, handicap, and LGBTQ+ friendly. They are known to be picky about who is approved to live there which; in my opinion; makes the complex a little more peaceful and friendly. The ladies in the office are so sweet and incredibly helpful and the gentleman that are apart of maintenance are very prompt and courteous. I gave them 5 stars and I'm leaving it at 5 stars. Management always took care of the apartments during my stay. They're also friendly and doesn't try to play games.
the service is great and responds fast! I had a great experience there!
