I lived at royal Gulf Apts. for 6 years. Office was always friendly and maintenance was always prompt to repair things. Cindy is the best manager I have ever met.I moved in with my daughter a year ago. For health reasons.And I miss all my neighbors I had at Royal Gulf.I wish I was healthier. So I could move back there
This place is horrible. During my tenancy, I regularly saw cockroaches in or around my apartment. When I reported the issue to the office, I was told they were “outside bugs.” However, I found those “outside bugs” inside my apartment. On some occasions, it took more than three days for the issue to be addressed. I also reported seeing rats multiple times. In my experience, those concerns were not taken seriously. Kimberly Hester made it very easy for to sign a rental lease and the area is awesome, I’m only less than a 1/4 mile away from the water edge, where Ziva and I will be doing a lot of walking from. It also closed to Walmart and Rouse’s
The office staff is amazing, but the best part is literally being 2 blocks away from the beach. LOVE living here!!
