Surprisingly quiet and affordable considering they’re located by the beach and in a touristy area. Pet, military, handicap, and LGBTQ+ friendly. They are known to be picky about who is approved to live there which; in my opinion; makes the complex a little more peaceful and friendly. The ladies in the office are so sweet and incredibly helpful and the gentleman that are apart of maintenance are very prompt and courteous. I gave them 5 stars and I'm leaving it at 5 stars. Management always took care of the apartments during my stay. They're also friendly and doesn't try to play games.

My family stayed here during my time working at Keesler AFB. Staff were very friendly and helpful, would recommend.
It is absolutely ridiculous and rude how they treat elderly tenants. My 79 year old aunt lived there for over 10 years and when she turned in a 30 day notice to vacate the property because she could no longer endure the upstairs apartment, she was treated bad every since. Can anyone tell me what kind of person turns off the electricity in an apartment when it's 96 degrees outside while they are moving out.
