The grounds keepers are spectacular. They do an amazing job keeping this place clean. Unfortunately, there are always a few bad apples(as in neighbors), who can make life miserable. However, I cannot put that on the complex, that someone has no concern, respect, or care for their downstairs neighbors. The appliances are modern. The until has a nice washer dryer stacked unit. They cheat you....on Advance. They will take small advance ( 200 or 300 buck ) and then at the time of vacating they will charge 800/1000 for normal wear and tear. They ripped me of off for carpet.
