Worst place to live, roaches and mold🤮, I am leaving before my lease and they want me to pay remaining months of lease after all the disgusting I had to leave at Royal Garden.

My friend move there 5 months ago and now she can't wait her lease finish they are very irresponsible they hang up the phone when she call for emergency maintenance number bad place to move ladies from there are rude to treat the tenants

We had to throw all of our furniture away because of a flea issue because cats were living under the apartment then it took them almost 3 months for the flea issue to calm down! The worst place to stay. They have not plowed anything no walkways or parking lots .New management doesn't know their responsibilities at all.
When Royal gardens was owned by Garden communiies, they at least stayed on top of the snow. This Oxford Reality stinks. 2nd day of Snow storm - one man did the sidewalks and parking lot of course put all the snow against the cars. If the snow has the back door snowed in. Why didn't they at least clean the walk ways to the stairs coming out the front. By the way they're open on Sunday but today no one. Do not do not look for me to sign a lease for next year.
