I don’t live here. I live in the building across the street. And all I have to say is stay away from this building. The residents who live here are loud, obnoxious and act like no one else lives in the neighborhood. Constant screaming and fighting. You don’t want to live there.
The maintenance crew here is lazy and unreliable! 🤬 if there was a lower rating, Royal Garden Apartments would have it. It's no surprise to me, my parents, and my boyfriend why this place has such low ratings.
They are never in the office when you need something as simple as loading your laundry card or need verification information move to a new apartment. Horrible property management do not waste your time or money here.
