This isn’t the worst apartment I lived in but the air conditioners are out of date and kinda shitty. We need 4-6 fans plus the ac just to keep our place somewhat cool and livable. Once they get a better hold of better ac units then I’ll up my rating. But that’s a maybe right now. As of just recently, the apartment manager accused my boyfriend/roomate Michael of not paying Sept. 2025 rent when he did. The new manager John had convinced me to write a positive review when I'd seen him cleaning up other people's dog waste finally but to my surprise for the management's and his as he is 2 faced I am being accused of not picking up mine when I'm an OCD prior service Marine and have always picked up others to fill up the free bags now a days provided by the building so why wouldn't I do what is my personal responsibility hmmm... what ever you decide to do with these people and Anza management make sure you get everything in wri... read more
