Royal Garage Door earned my business for life. Last year Eric installed a new opener. It’s been silent and dependable all year with use multiple times a day. He even adjusted my other door while he was at it - just because he’s a good guy. Today my garage door opened and would not shut. I called Royal Garage Door at 5pm, and Gary showed up in 15 minutes. My garage flooded after a frozen pipe bursts in a neighboring condo unit. My garage had to be demolished and re-built. Needless to say, the garage door opener had to be replaced! Ted & Eric were so great to work with! They were the sense of "calm" in a stressful situation. Eric did an amazing job installing my new new garage door opener. Upon completion, he brought the new remotes and operating instructions to me at work and asked if I had any questions.
