They were very friendly and helpful on the phone, on time with the window of time given, text messages were perfect and the service guy, Jeff was extremely helpful!! this is my third attempt at writing this. Not sure what happened to the other two. The man in addition to sweeping and blowing away leaves around the sensors, he even got a hammer and nailed back a loose hanging.part of the garage. He even went over and over again with me to make sure I remembered the procedure to program my remote. what a breath of fresh air !
