Called and made an appointment for a septic flush and they came out within 24hrs. Great customer service and work.
Royal Flush did a great job checking and pumping our septic. The tech took the time to identify our problem (faulty on/off float). Their operation is clean and efficient. They charge by amount pumped (instead of flat rate of some companies) and saved us $$. I highly recommend them!
Tried to weigh my car this morning and two of your drivers rushed me in a very rude way so they could jump on the scale. Okay buddy! It’s a public road with a public weigh station. I guess hauling poop around all day will make a man’s attitude stink.
They did a great job replacing old cast iron piping to my septic with new PVC. Scott and Antonio were efficient and hard working. Erin in the office was very knowledgeable. I will be using them anytime I need septic service.
Great experience! Didn't take that long to get scheduled out here (not close to town). Technicians knew their stuff and helped us understand how to improve the health of our septic system. Clean, efficient knowledgeable and friendly. How I always hope to be treaded as a customer!! Been a customer with them for years now.
