It's a nice place but you'd be better off buying a home. They charge a fee for everything. Dog fees are $40 a month which is higher than any apartment I've lived in and the monthly charges per apartment just for trash and water and parking are over $100 a month. I've never lived anywhere that charged close to that much and the last place I lived had valet trash. You can hear everything your neighbors do. Just want to say to the office staff, and to the Maintenance staff, just want to say thank you, Royal Farms staff are very Friendly, and when ever you need some thing done, they are right on top of things. from Mike and Nicole and our service dog Nanu.
We love living her my husband and i, and my Service dog nanu enjoy living here.
I love my apartment! great staff, very helpful, its quiet, and friendly and a great place to live
The apartments are nice, the maintenance crew are awesome, the grounds are lovely, and the office staff was very helpful when my husband and I had a few questions and concerns recently. We are really enjoying our time here!
