Just renewed our lease for another year - couldn't be happier here. The chill vibe of all the residents and management/maintenance is really what sets this place apart. What else... the new gym is excellent! Mountain views, giant hot tub, beautiful pool in the summer, thousands of baby ducklings! (big shoutout to maintenance for hosing down their droppings every morning) The location is great.. You can't hear the neighbors (except doors shutting) Lots of guest parking. Everyone has a dog so you can play with the neighbors :)... read more
do not rent from here. im gonna go out of my way when I get free time to stand outside the entrance and inform people of the loophole corruption about this place. do not move here. it's a trap and menchie is two faced. she'll be nice to you because it's her job. ive got screen shots of texts from her just pm me if interested. I moved in July 11th 2017 and our air conditioning was broken for a week during the hottest friggin month. I went to open our oven and the oven door fell off (have picture proof). Where to start? Lived here for 21 months. Every other month we got a notice that they were going to increase pet rent to $50 per month because of dog poo... I walked my dog and took a pooper scooper everywhere with me and cleaned up all the poo I could find. Emptied it 11 times one day. But still got the threats. Walls are paper thin.
