I had high hopes based on the great reviews, and the team was definitely welcoming and kind when we came in, which I really appreciated. Unfortunately, the haircut my son received didn’t meet expectations, even though I provided a clear photo for reference. The result was quite different from what we asked for, which was disappointing. I don’t want to discount the positive atmosphere or the friendliness of the staff, but I do hope more attention can be paid to client requests and reference images in the future.
Very kid friendly. I loved the play area for children. Andre hooked my sons cut up will definitely be back!
