I've been an owner since 1994. It is my home away from home. I love the island and the resort. Very laid back and family friendly. The best Beach and golf.
Royal Dunes is our home base. We have been coming here since 1998. There are always improvements going on. Service and staff are excellent. The rooms are spacious and immaculate. We love it here. It is our go to happy place.
Loved this place! Have nothing bad to say about it. Pool and Hot Tub were excellent and the shuttle to the beach was a great perk!
Very nice resort. Very clean and plenty of space. Nice clean area. We really love the condo. We will be coming back again!
We had a wonderful time during our stay! The rooms are so spacious & very clean. They had a breakfast for us the first day & cheese & wine party during our stay. They were helpful in planning trips we wanted to do. I would recommend this resort to everyone. We wanted to make another reservation for later this year but it was completely booked up for the year. The staff was very friendly & helpful in every way possible.
It is not the worst place, but the rooms need to be renovated. It is an older timeshare and there are not many activities that take place on the grounds. The staff are very friendly and helpful.
