Going downhill. Need to update furniture and appliances. Pool furniture starting to fall apart. Not as many children's activities. Not enough parking and parking spots are not made for large SUV's. Some of the office personnel need to retire since they do not seem to be able to deal with the public. "We'll make a note of it" is not the answer to every complaint. If the cleaning people did their job, the renter would not have to call and report a stopped up sink or broken toilet seat!
Well it's our first stay but everything was extremely clean. The workers were all very pleasant and helpful. I would recommend this to everyone I know.
Our family has been enjoying this place for 20 years. Gracious people, great area, fun golf and beach access and upgraded amenities!
Beautiful surroundings. Very spacious rooms. We had had a three bedroom , three bath unit with a new kitchen. Can't wait to come back!!
Been vacationing there for years, a week pn the island is truely a vacation! Sun, surf, delicious seafood and relaxing on your private deck! Love every visit! ;)
This was my 2nd stay on the property. I love this property and will return again. It meets my needs in location on HHI, size of apartment, safety, staff support and responsiveness. I was on HHI in Dec after the hurricane. I stopped by to checked on the status of the resort with regard to mold abatement. I was told that they had already had a professional company come through to check the facility. I am highly allergic to mold. When I stayed in January everything was as promised. I would highly recommend this property.
