Can’t get in touch with this company to tell them my ring (made by them) is not only faulty but not set in the metal we paid for. Have left multiple messages on the answering machine, sent emails that aren’t received and there is nobody available to speak to. This seems like a scam to me! If it’s not and you work for this company, please get in touch.
