21 June 2024, a Royal Cup Coffee and Tea over the road driver verbally threatned my sister and tried to intimadate her because she used her turn signal to let him know she was moving into his lane. My sister called his office to make a complaint, and the rep from his job, first name Kenny, decided to continue the harrasement by also harrassing her. Royal Cup Coffee, you have to be better.
I picked up a shipment here on 3/22/24 and I must say, I was highly impressed by the speed of loading my truck, not not mention how polite and friendly everyone was that I came in contact with!
