My name is Tiffany and I’m apartment hunting for myself and my fiancé for our first apartment. I have toured around 10+ apartments and I must say my tour with Royal Crest Warwick was the best. If I had the budget for it I would have signed up the same day. If you’re looking for a place to live that offers beautiful views, I would highly recommend royal crest estate apartments. Eighty acres of pet friendly walking trails amid tree- lined paths are all at your doorstep. The maintenance staff respond within a day or less to any request for service. The on site Harbor Group Management personnel are always courteous and available to answer any tenant questions.
Scheduled a tour of the property and had a great experience. Glenn was my tour guide, he was friendly, informative answered all my questions, and did a great job walking us through everything. Really solid tour overall.
Glenn was great! He gave us a tour and answered all of our questions. He was very informative. I only gave 4 stars because we ended up finding a different apartment that was cheaper and on first floor.
