We've been here 7 months now and couldn't be happier. The facilities/amenities are great and our maintenance guy Tom gets 10 stars. We don't have issues often, but when we do he is super quick to respond and fixes things right away on the same day. The whole staff is great and friendly.
Place is clean and has plenty of stuff to do with family and friends! Very nice people to work with, reasonable. The best place I’ve rented from in the 8 yrs I’ve been in Rhode Island!!
During Covid I sold my house and moved here, planning on a temporary stay until I bought another house. However, while living here, I met my forever person and have made Royal Crest our home. I have also met some great people, many who are lifelong friends. The management team (Brittany, Betsy, and Wayne) are fantastic, very responsive and always a pleasure to say hi to when I am in the office.
