Not impressed - old, outdated, small, in disrepair. And that was before we found about the high rent and the endless list of fees, that just kept coming and coming. Also unreasonable income requirements for moderate or single income families. Do not recommend.
No sooner did I put in a maintenance request in to change the apartment door batteries. Next thing I knew they were hanging on my door as requested. Thank you!!
I had an after hours maintenance request no hot water clog tub. It seemed. I just hung up the phone and Mark Henry. The maintenance tech was at my door. Found the problem with the hot water and make quick work out of the clog. Excellent maintenance service.
Response for this maintenance request was very fast. The job was completed without delay. It was a great effort, as usual, performed by our Royal Crest Warwick Apartment Homes maintenance folks.
