Great Customer Service. They'll work with you if unable to make payment on due date. Based on what I'm reading, at least they still let you keep the car even if the payment is past due. other places will shut your vehicle off or pick up the vehicle. I purchased a Dodge Ram 1500 a few years back and it still runs.
