An hidden gem for real compared to these other communities.. my toilet is no where near my tub and that’s a plus , walk in showers if you prefer , plush not flat carpeting, sunlight and sunshine, no laundry mat for me and only one utility to pay. Can’t beat that
Royal courts had a resident appreciation Day and the theme was carnival. It was very nice. They had moon bounce, food, face painting and best of all snow cones because it was hotter than hot outside. But the staff really made my day. I've been living on this property for over 15 years. The events that they give are special, most properties don't even do things for their residents. Let me humbly change my review. In the past I was not satisfied with previous management. Their practices were unethical, unprofessional, and uncommunicative. However, I won't dwell on previous conundrums. I will speak of these three solutions Ramona who is the property manager Kiesha, and Sabrina. They are the absolute best. Yes since moving here in 2007 there has been a lot of management turn over. This new management team has done more in a few months than any other team.They came in like a hurricane. I can only speak to my experience. When I call with an issue they respond. As far as rent goes they collect and the accountant does the rest. They do need a different accounting system. .
