Workers tore up the front lawn of our building in October 2025 but abandoned their worksite after digging a big, dangerous hole. They did not return until April 2026, cleaning up their mess after seven months of negligence.
Wow! The plethora of FAKE REVIEWS on here are astounding and admittedly, a bit hilarious albeit very embarrassing for management to exhibit phony damage control. The change in management here, as a resident who has been here 15 years, has done ABSOLUTELY nothing to improve the quality of life for residents here. An hidden gem for real compared to these other communities.. my toilet is no where near my tub and that’s a plus , walk in showers if you prefer , plush not flat carpeting, sunlight and sunshine, no laundry mat for me and only one utility to pay. Can’t beat that
Royal courts had a resident appreciation Day and the theme was carnival. It was very nice. They had moon bounce, food, face painting and best of all snow cones because it was hotter than hot outside. But the staff really made my day. I've been living on this property for over 15 years. The events that they give are special, most properties don't even do things for their residents.
