This is the best apartment building in my opinion. My husband and I moved here exactly a year ago and I can only say good things about this place. Cleanliness: the shared facilities are maintained properly, always clean and taken care of. The laundry room is always clean, sometimes it gets wet on the floor but they always mop it. The gym is also well maintained and clean. The tenants also work together to maintain the building's cleanliness by throwing their own trash. The property management in this building is ridiculous! They are rude and disrespectful!! They are never in the office to give parking permits even during office hours. Ridiculous management! They need a training course
